The truth is, we’re all special souls. That’s why Autismo Café was never meant to be just for some, it’s for everyone.

Autismo Café: A Space for Every Soul

The Autismo Café is more than just a café.

It’s more than a safe space for the neurodivergent community to feel supported.

It’s more than a cozy place to grab a latte, meet your girlfriends for a midweek lunch, or plan your next book club.

It’s a space of healing for every soul who walks through the door.

By day, the café hums with the energy of The Infinite Heart Initiative, Wendy’s nonprofit that creates programs, classes, and workshops for neurodivergent individuals and their families. But make no mistake, Wendy is not your typical calm and collected founder. She is a force. She moves mountains, breaks barriers, and gets things done. Her presence transforms the ordinary into something extraordinary, and her drive has turned this café into a living example of what happens when love meets leadership.

And that’s not all she does.

Through her transformational brand I Choose Me Too!, Wendy brings her fierce and passionate energy into the world of women’s coaching and somatic breathwork. She helps women reconnect to their power, process emotion through the body, and release the patterns that keep them stuck. Her work is bold, embodied, and electric. When Wendy leads a session, you don’t just feel inspired—you feel awake.

That same spirit of healing and inclusion continues through her collaboration with Katie, founder of Elemental Wellness.

Katie offers Special Souls Yoga and Movement at the café, creating a welcoming space for neurodivergent individuals to move, breathe, and connect through mindful play and gentle guidance. Her classes are designed to meet each person where they are, reminding every participant that movement is for everyone.

But that’s not all.

Katie also brings her signature Hammock Healing Meditation and Reiki experiences to the café, offerings designed for every soul in need of rest and renewal. Her sessions take place in suspended hammock chairs, where participants can sit back, breathe deeply, and release what’s been weighing them down. It’s not about performance, it’s about peace.

These hammock chairs have become a symbol of what the café stands for: accessibility, comfort, and a reminder that healing can look like sitting still and being held. It’s not just for the “special souls.” It’s for all souls. For every body that needs a moment to stop, feel, and reconnect.

Together, Wendy and Katie have created a place where purpose meets peace. Where movement meets rest. Where every person, no matter their story, belongs.

The Autismo Café isn’t just a café. It’s a sanctuary. It’s a heartbeat.

And it’s proof that when powerful women come together with open hearts and big visions, healing doesn’t whisper, it echoes.
