Self-Expression Sessions

The Self Expression Sessions are monthly creative wellness gatherings that blend meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and art, all designed to help you relax, connect, and express what words can’t always say.
Each session invites you to explore a new theme through a hands-on creative project, from painting affirmation pumpkins to crafting gratitude journals or blending your own essential oil mists. No experience is ever needed. Just come as you are, breathe deeply, and let your creativity flow.
These evenings are about connection, to yourself, to others, and to the joy of creating something that comes straight from the heart. ✨
