From My Heart to Yours
Sometimes the most powerful movements begin with a single act of love. For Wendy, it started with a dream to create a space where everyone could belong — a place where healing, community, and hope could grow side by side. What she didn’t expect was how deeply that dream would transform not only the lives of others but her own. This is the story of how one woman’s vision became a heartbeat for an entire community…

From My Heart To Yours
If there’s one thing life has taught me, it’s that healing rarely happens in silence. It happens when we gather. It happens in the spaces between words, in the warmth of shared laughter, in the quiet tears we no longer have to hide. It happens in community.
When I began this work, I didn’t set out to create programs or organizations. I set out to create connection. I wanted to build a space where women and families could exhale. A space where love would meet exhaustion, where differences would be honored instead of judged, and where every person could feel seen for exactly who they are.
That dream became I Choose Me Too, a coaching practice born from my own healing and the desire to help other women remember that they are worthy of peace and purpose. And then it grew into The Infinite Heart Initiative, a nonprofit that brings together families raising children with unique needs. Families who deserve spaces where inclusion isn’t an afterthought but a way of life.
Every class, every workshop, every conversation inside Autismo Café reminds me why this work matters so deeply. I see it in the mom who walks in with tired eyes and leaves with a smile. I see it in the dad who finally lets his shoulders drop and laughs again. I see it in the young adults who find pride in their voices, in their art, and in the simple joy of belonging.
Autismo Café has become more than a café. It is a heartbeat. A living, breathing example of what love can build when we stop trying to fit people into boxes and start celebrating their brilliance instead.
This journey isn’t always easy. There are days when I feel the weight of it all, the need, the stories, the heartbreak, and the hope. But then I look around at what we have created together and I remember why we keep going. Because every single person who walks through those doors deserves to feel that they matter.
I see you.
The caregiver who keeps showing up even when you are running on empty.
The parent who loves fiercely even when the world feels too heavy.
The one who has felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.
You belong here.
This work is not just about support groups or events. It is about rewriting the story of what community looks like. It is about showing the world that healing and inclusion are not luxuries, they are human needs. It is about teaching our children that empathy is strength, that diversity is beauty, and that love, when lived fully, changes everything.
To everyone who has walked beside me on this journey, the parents, the caregivers, the volunteers, and the friends who have turned into family, thank you. Your faith and your presence are the reason this mission continues to grow.
And to my son Ethan, who is the inspiration behind it all. You taught me how to love without limits and to see the world through the lens of infinite heart. Because of you, I learned that miracles don’t always shout. Sometimes they whisper. They whisper through laughter, through art, through connection, through every act of kindness that ripples outward from these walls.
We are not just a community. We are a movement of love.
We are the proof that when people come together with compassion, something extraordinary happens.
So to every person reading this, thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for showing up, not only for me but for each other. Thank you for helping to build a world where no one is left out, where inclusion is real, and where every heart has a home.
We are, and always will be, United by Love.
💜 Wendy
