Wendy J: Two Halves of One Whole

✨ What happens when we learn to choose ourselves and also choose each other? That is the question at the heart of Wendy’s work. Whether you meet her in a coaching circle, a breathwork session, or at the café surrounded by community, you will feel it for yourself — the shift, the possibility, the opening. Wendy J: Two Halves of One Whole

Every person carries many roles in life, but for Wendy, her work is defined by two powerful halves that complete each other. On one side is I Choose Me Too, her coaching practice where she guides women into empowerment, healing, and growth. On the other side is The Infinite Heart Initiative, her nonprofit that uplifts and supports the neurodivergent community with free programs and inclusive spaces. Together, these two halves form a whole life’s work devoted to love, service, and transformation.

And at the very center of it all is Wendy’s son, Ethan, the inspiration who fuels her mission. His journey opened her eyes to both the challenges and the beauty of walking a different path, and it is because of him that Wendy built spaces where every person can feel safe, seen, and celebrated.

The First Half: I Choose Me Too

This half of Wendy’s work is deeply personal. I Choose Me Too is where she helps women reclaim their confidence, rediscover their self-worth, and honor themselves in every chapter of life.

Through her Women’s Empowerment Coaching, Wendy creates safe spaces for transformation. As a Breathwork Coach, she teaches women how to release stress and regulate their nervous systems.

Her signature program is the Exhale Liberation Package, available as a single or bundled journey over 15 weeks. This transformational path helps women shed stress, release limiting beliefs, and step into clarity, empowerment, and freedom.

For those ready to go further, Wendy offers Business Coaching, guiding women in building or expanding their own heart-centered businesses with confidence, strategy, and purpose.

Here, the focus is on the individual, the woman learning to choose herself, not out of selfishness, but out of the sacred truth that her life matters and her voice matters.

The Second Half: The Infinite Heart Initiative

Balancing her personal coaching is Wendy’s nonprofit, The Infinite Heart Initiative. This half of her work serves not just individuals, but whole families and communities.

Through free programs at Autismo Café, Wendy and her team nurture an ongoing heartbeat of connection. The café hosts weekly community events that bring people together in safe, inclusive spaces. It also offers monthly workshops that focus on growth, healing, and creativity.

And at the heart of it all is one of the most cherished offerings: Special Souls Yoga, taught three times a week by Elemental Wellness with Katie. Every class ends with participants resting in the hammocks, a cocoon of calm where the nervous system can fully relax. Beyond class time, the café keeps its hammocks open during business hours, so anyone from the community can stop in, settle down, and simply breathe.

The hammocks have quickly become a symbol of the space — a reminder that rest is not a reward, it is a right.

The Infinite Heart Initiative is a reminder that healing is not a luxury, it is a birthright, and no one should ever walk this path alone.

This half reflects Wendy’s heart for community. It ensures that love, inclusion, and accessibility are at the center of every gathering. And always, Ethan’s spirit guides the vision, reminding Wendy that every child, every family, deserves support, compassion, and joy.

Where the Halves Meet

The beauty of Wendy’s work lies in how these two halves meet. I Choose Me Too empowers the individual to rise, while The Infinite Heart Initiative creates space for the community to rise together. One half says “Choose yourself.” The other half says “We choose each other.”

Together, they also hold space for creativity and healing in offerings like the Self-Expression Session, a monthly gathering that blends meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and art to help participants release stress and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Wendy also extends her mission into everyday life through supportive tools like the sunflower lanyard, a discreet symbol recognized worldwide for invisible disabilities, and phototherapy patches, gentle supports that help reduce stress and promote balance in daily living.

Two Halves, One Mission

Wendy’s work cannot be separated into pieces. The two halves complete each other, forming a whole that is rooted in one truth: healing begins when we choose ourselves, and it grows stronger when we choose each other.

Through her Exhale Liberation Package, follow-up Business Coaching, nonprofit programs, weekly events, monthly workshops, Special Souls Yoga with Elemental Wellness with Katie, Self-Expression Sessions, and the open hammocks at the café, Wendy continues to show that love, empowerment, and community are not separate paths. They are two halves of the same journey.

And with Ethan as her inspiration, her work will always be guided by compassion, courage, and the belief that every person deserves to shine.

✨ Two halves, one whole, infinite love. Inspired always by Ethan.
