It’s been a while since I’ve written here, and I want to start by saying thank you. Thank you for holding this space, even in the quiet moments. Over the last season of my life, much of my energy has gone into building The Infinite Heart Initiative, a nonprofit born from my deepest calling to create safe, inclusive spaces where women and families can heal. It has stretched me, grown me, and reminded me again and again why this work matters.
But even as my focus has been there, I Choose Me Too has never left my heart. This is where it all began. This is the heartbeat that whispered to me years ago: you matter, your healing matters, your joy matters. I Choose Me Too was born from my own journey of learning to stop pouring from an empty cup, to reclaim my voice, and to believe that my worth wasn’t defined by what I could do for others, but by the simple truth that I exist, and I am enough.
That’s what this space has always been about. A reminder to every woman who has ever felt invisible, tired, or unworthy that you are seen, you are loved, and you can choose yourself, even if it feels like the hardest choice in the world.
And here’s the truth: we need this now more than ever. The world feels heavy at times. Many of us are carrying invisible weights—stress, heartbreak, responsibilities that feel endless. But we don’t have to carry it all alone. When women come together in honesty, vulnerability, and love, we create something bigger than ourselves. We create healing. We create hope. We create community.
That’s why I Choose Me Too is still here. Because even if we’ve been quiet, the mission hasn’t changed. We are still here to remind you that healing is possible. We are still here to hold your hand when life feels overwhelming. We are still here to celebrate your wins, wipe your tears, and sit with you in the in-between moments.
And we’re not just staying here quietly, we’re moving forward. ✨
Meetups are coming soon, and I can’t wait to gather with you again. These aren’t just events on a calendar. They are sacred spaces where you can take a breath, release the weight you’ve been carrying, and connect with other women who know what it means to walk through fire and still rise.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, this is your invitation back home. If you’ve been searching for a sign, this is it. And if you’ve been longing for a safe space to simply be, you’ve found it.
So let this be our new beginning. Let this be the season where we remember that choosing ourselves is the first step to changing everything. I Choose Me Too is alive, it is strong, and it is waiting for you.
With all my love,
Wendy 💜
